  • How do I order via Pigi?
    • You can order any product listed on the App or not (provided Pigi is willing to deliver), through the App or WhatsApp.

      WhatsApp: WhatsApp contact no. for your city will only be displayed after a successful WhatsApp registration on the website here: http://pigi.in/whatsapp_orders

      App: Open the App; enter your desired delivery locality; select the appropriate category and segment for the products you're looking; nearby stores will display; select the stores & products you want to order and place the order.

      A Pigi "member" can save additional & infinite amounts of money with the purchases.
  • Which cities and locations do you operate in?
    • We're currently serving in Whole of Gurgaon and Delhi and some selected clusters in NCR. We are continuously working hard and hope to expand to other cities with your love and support.

      Serviceable areas at the moment: Whole of Delhi and Gurgaon and some clusters in Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Najafgarh, Manesar.
  • What is the minimum order value?
    • There is no minimum order value. Order for INR 1 or INR 1,00,000.
  • How will I know if any item in my order is unavailable?
    • We try to make sure our inventory is always updated. In case an item you ordered is unavailable from the store you selected, we will try to source from a different store or suggest a replacement. Rest assured about payments, in case we are unable to find the item for you, we will initiate the refund immediately.
  • Why should I order with Pigi?
    • Because Pigi values your money. It ensures you prices lower than up to 45% without compromising on the quality of products and services.

  • What is the referral program Like ?
    • On every referral, your friend receives Rs 50 immediately on Sign Up. You will receive the referral bonus once your friend places an order at Pigi.
  • How can we purchase the membership?
    • Open the Home Page on the Pigi App, under the menu section on the left top bar, you will find a segment called Membership. Open the page and subscribe for the desired membership.
  • Are there any delivery charges?
    • Yes, on orders between INR 1 to INR 249, we charge a nominal delivery charge of INR 39, and from INR 250 to INR 2999, we charge a nominal fee of INR 19.

      Orders above INR 2999 are delivered for Free.
  • Can I purchase products if I am not a Pigi Member?
    • Yes, you can purchase anything and everything even if you are not a Pigi Member. However, you cannot avail the specialized price rebates.
  • Can I track the status of my order?
    • Yes, you can track your orders under the "My Orders" page.
  • What if I don't receive my order by the scheduled time?
    • On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. In case of imminent delay, our customer support executive will keep you updated about the delivery time of your order. We will work with you to make sure you do not face any inconvenience as a result of the delay.
  • Are the products original and authentic?
    • Absolutely. Pigi vendors provide credible and authentic products. Pigi only boards authorized sellers on its platform.
  • What is the cancellation policy of Pigi?
    • In case the payment is already made for the orders cancelled from our end, we will make a refund in full, at the earliest However, there are orders which needs to go further verification and additional information will be required before accepting the order. In this case, we will contact you You will be informed in case your order (whether in full or part of it) is cancelled from our end. CANCELLATION INITIATED BY THE CUSTOMER a. Order Cancelled Before Dispatch : if order is cancelled before dispatch, full Refund will be made. b. Order Cancelled After Dispatch : Refund will be made, after deducting the Shipping/Freight Charges only.

      Note: No Wallet Credit or any other Credit will be made.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    • Open the App and go to "My Orders". You can cancel the products by clicking "Cancel Order" beside the ordered products.
  • What if the delivered product is defective or inauthentic?
    • We have a hassle free return and replacement policy for our customers. The products are applicable for returns "only" in case the following point results are found to be negative:

      1. Product verification with the manufacturer.

      2. Product verification with the importer.

      3. Checking mixability of the product incase whey protein/isolate is bought. Protein powder should be easily mixable and no signs of lumps should be visible.

      4. Lab test the product.

      In case there is any manufacturing defect in the product, the product will not be applicable for returns.
  • Can I reschedule my order?
    • We do not have a rescheduling feature in our app right now but if you mail us at home@pigi.in, we will promptly reschedule your order.
  • What If I want to return something?
    • We have a hassle free return and replacement policy for our customers.

      The products are applicable for returns "only" in case the following results are found to be negative:

      1. Product verification with the manufacturer.

      2. Product verification with the importer.

      3. Checking mixability of the product incase whey protein/isolate is bought. Protein powder should be easily mixable and no signs of lumps should be visible.

      4. Lab test the product.

      The product will not be applicable for returns in case of manufacturing defect. The outside or inside seal whichever the manufacturer claims to be the protective seal should be inspected at the time of delivery. No returns would be granted in case the seal is not inspected at the time of delivery.

      You can write to us at home@pigi.in in case of unavoidable circumstances which may have caused non-inspection of products at the time of delivery. Returns in such case would not be guaranteed; However, Pigi will take the "sole" responsibility to evaluate the matter and decide if the product should be applicable for returns. Pigi's decision would be "final" and no arguments would be entertained.

      The product can be requested for return within 30 days of purchase.

    • Order payments can be made via Cash on Delivery/Paytm on Delivery/UPI/IMPS.

      Membership payments can be made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Wallets.
